Description
Our inner inlay drip irrigation pipe is engineered for permanent and multi-season agricultural irrigation applications. Manufactured from flexible LDPE material using one-time extrusion molding technology, this drip line features built-in cylindrical patch drippers fully embedded during production. This construction prevents dripper damage or detachment during installation, cultivation, and field operations.

Product Features
The dripper incorporates a large-area inlet filter and a wide, long turbulent flow channel with partial pressure compensation. This design creates continuous turbulent flow that reduces particle sedimentation and provides self-flushing action during operation. The large filtration area allows operation with standard irrigation water quality across multiple growing seasons.
Unlike surface-attached drippers that may separate during installation or cultivation, our drippers are integrated into the pipe wall during the extrusion process. This construction keeps drippers securely in place when the pipe is bent, coiled, or repositioned, eliminating dripper loss during field operations.
Manufactured from LDPE compound with anti-aging additives and UV stabilizers, the drip line maintains flexibility in cold temperatures and resists degradation from sunlight exposure. The material also withstands exposure to agricultural chemicals, fertilizers, and soil corrosion, with a service life of 5-10 years in permanent installations when operated within specified parameters.
The engineered turbulent flow channel provides consistent flow rates across minor pressure variations along the lateral line. Pressure-compensated versions use a silicone diaphragm to maintain flow control across significant pressure fluctuations, sloping terrain, or extended laying lengths.
Multiple flow rate and dripper spacing options are available to match different crop types, soil conditions, and planting patterns. Custom specifications can be requested for specific project requirements.
Product Uses
This drip line supports multiple permanent and multi-season agricultural applications: greenhouses, orchards, vineyards, field row crops, nurseries, gardens, landscaping, green roof installations, and sloping terrain. Pressure-compensated versions are specified for hillsides, terraced farms, and undulating landscapes where elevation changes cause pressure variations.
Before installation, calculate total flow requirements based on dripper specifications. Install a 120 mesh or finer filter and pressure regulators to maintain operating pressure between 0.08-0.12 MPa. During installation, unroll the pipe carefully, avoid sharp bends, and flush the system before closing end caps. For maintenance, flush laterals at season start and after chemical injection, clean filters regularly, and drain the system completely before winter in freezing climates.
FAQ
Drip line has a wall thickness of 0.6-1.0mm with embedded cylindrical drippers, designed for permanent or multi-season installations (5-10+ years). Drip tape has a wall thickness of 0.15-0.4mm with flat emitters, typically used for single-season crops.
A 120 mesh (130 micron) or finer filter is recommended. Proper filtration prevents emitter clogging and extends service life.
Yes. Pressure-compensated versions are specified for slopes or uneven terrain. Standard versions will experience flow variation due to pressure differences caused by elevation changes.
When operated within recommended pressure ranges, with proper filtration and winterization in freezing climates, this drip line typically lasts 5-10 years in permanent installations.
